Hello everyone! I just built a cape cod style home..and now need to decorate it! I have been looking for a book on the primitive cape cods..or even the primitive salt box style. Does anyone have a favorite article from Country Sampler that they think could help me? I have subscribed for quite some time now..but if there is something or someones home that I missed I would gladly re order a previous magazine! Thanks! Sue smill005@aol.com

Hello,
I am looking for homes of various country styles
to photograph for the Country Sampler Magazine. My name is Bill Mathews and I
have worked as an independent photographer with Sampler for many years.
I am currently seeking homes in the mid-west, also Michigan,
downstate Illinois, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky.
If you feel your home might be a contender please
contact me to discuss it. You can respond through this message board, or I can
be reached at bill@billmathews.com,
or at 913-649-4934. If I’m unavailable by phone, please leave a message.
Thank you,
Bill

Decorating help needed ASAP!! I have a small livingroom, a maroon/burgundy leather sofa & matching chair..my curtain (2 windows) are long panels of burgundy gigham checks, tied back by metal stars. My dilema is the paint color for my walls...one wall is pine boards and all the trim in the room is pine...the color right now is a pale yellow with willow trees stenciled at the top...I hate it!! The yellow gets brighter in the evening if the lights are on. I had painted it a dark brown but that was too dark, my kitchen is in the next room and is a nuetral beige with antique white trim...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! I am more of a visual person..I like to see photos then I can picture it.
