Recipe from: GOODNESS GRACIOUS by Roxie Kelley
Dino's Potatoes....Tater Tot Casserole
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1 family-size bag of tater tots
6 slices bread, cut into cubes
Preheat the oven to 350. In lg. bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and 1/2 of melted butter. Fold in chopped onion and tater tots. Transfer to 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with bread cubes over the top & drizzle with the remaining butter. Bake 1 hr.
(I usually leave off the bread cubes)

Oooo, Rachel, I LOVE this!!! It is soooo good. I don't put bread cubes in mine either. Whenever I make this dish, there are never any left overs. My entire family loves it!
